Blended veggie and fruit drinks are ways of getting nutrients into our bodies and building immunity. Any combo of veggies and fruit works, but this is our favorite combo. Ginger is the crucial ingredient in any blend, and occasionally you can add your favorite protein powder.
Half each of a:
Cucumber (peeled)
Green apple
Orange
Juice from half lemon
Add a Handful of Spinach
and about 1" fresh ginger root
Blend with a splash of pineapple juice and water
