We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We accept returns of sealed items in original condition or defective products within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, email hello@iloveorganicliving.com before shipping back your product(s) to receive confirmation.

For a smooth return process, please pack and seal your items securely with the original tags and insert. We also recommend insuring your package against loss and requesting a delivery confirmation for your peace of mind. Remember, packages must be returned prepaid.

Once your return is authorized, we will inform you where to return your product.

Once we receive your returned items, we'll issue a refund for the price on your original receipt, including any applicable taxes. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
