Pumpkin spice coffee, scones, pie, cookies, and more. Pumpkin pie was voted as our favorite way of getting our pumpkin fix during the fall season, sparingly, of course.
Pumpkin is packed with vitamins and minerals and is high in beta-carotene, a carotenoid that your body turns into vitamin A. Roasted pumpkin seeds are nutritious as well.
